You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. You must also confirm that products are for research purposes only and not for human use.

Products sold on DutchPeptides.net are supplied for research use only. They are not sold as medicines, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or products for human or animal consumption.

Information on the site is provided for catalog, quality, batch, and ordering clarity. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, dosing advice, or a replacement for a licensed medical professional.

We aim to keep product names, strengths, prices, stock status, lab reports, batch details, images, and descriptions accurate. Mistakes can still happen.

If a product detail is clearly incorrect, unavailable, mispriced, or not possible to fulfill, we may correct the information, contact you, cancel the affected item, or refund the order.

Product pages and lab-result pages may show batch-level information such as purity, COA images, endotoxin testing, heavy metals testing, and other quality checks.

Lab reports describe the tested batch. They do not turn a product into a medicine or make it suitable for human use. If a batch does not meet our internal standard, we may refuse to list or ship it.

An order is placed when checkout details are submitted. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we are able to fulfill it.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

• Payment fails, is reversed, or cannot be verified.
• Required checkout details are missing, incorrect, or suspicious.

We ship across Europe. Delivery estimates are shown in good faith, but they are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks, address issues, weather, holidays, or other events can affect delivery.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, product name, batch if relevant, and photos where useful. We may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the issue.

Accounts are optional. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping access to your email and account session secure.

Account features may show order history, saved addresses, and profile details. You can still checkout as a guest where guest checkout is available.

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking product details, variants, quantities, and shipping information before ordering.
• Following all laws and rules that apply in their own country or region.
• Using products only for lawful research purposes.
• Not reselling products in a way that breaks these terms or applicable law.

We may update, pause, restrict, or remove parts of the website at any time. This includes product pages, account features, payment options, admin systems, lab-result pages, and checkout features.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DutchPeptides.net is not responsible for indirect losses, misuse of products, delays outside our control, incorrect customer information, or decisions made from non-medical product information on the site.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The version shown on this page applies when you use the site or place an order. If a change is important, we may also add a notice on the site.
