Do products have lab results?
Yes. The site is built around lab results for every batch, shown through the lab results page and product COA preview.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all countries in the EU.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery is usually 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 14:00 are prepared for same-day shipping when possible.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept card payments, iDEAL, and crypto at checkout.
How is the package shipped?
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging. The outside of the package does not show peptide product names or obvious product details.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order is sent, you receive an email with a track and trace link so you can follow the shipment.
Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns for research products or related supplies because of quality, safety, and tamper-control reasons.
When do you give refunds?
Refunds are only given if we sent the wrong order or if the order was damaged during transit. Contact us with your order number and photos if this happens.
