Do products have lab results?
Yes. The site is built around lab results for every batch, shown through the lab results page and product COA preview.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all countries in the EU.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is usually 2-4 business days. Priority delivery is usually 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are prepared for same-day shipping when possible.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept card payments, iDEAL, and crypto at checkout.
How is the package shipped?
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging. The outside of the package does not show peptide product names or obvious product details.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order is sent, you receive an email with a track and trace link so you can follow the shipment.
Do you accept returns?
Contact us before returning anything. Some sealed, hygiene-sensitive, safety-sensitive, custom, temperature-sensitive, or tamper-controlled products cannot be returned once opened where the law allows that exception.
When do you give refunds?
Refunds may be offered if we sent the wrong order, if the order was damaged during transit, or where applicable consumer law requires it. Contact us with your order number and photos if there is a problem.
